2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 6/20
Hazy yellow with a big dense white head. Aroma of cloves and black pepper. Smooth medium body with tastes of solventy band aids, lots of phenolic bitter notes and a hint of orange. Flavor cleans up in finish. Interesting idea but this batch had some yeast issues.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a cloudy golden orange color with a white head. Nose is sweet citrus and wheat bread, maybe a touch of banana and ginger spice. Pretty straightforward...just dominated by the sweetness. Tastes pretty much like it smells. Almost cloying sweetness of candied orange and sweet malt. Bread, yeast, and light spice/pepper notes. Light banana notes and some ginger on the finish.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
750mL thanks to t0rin0. Cloudy light orange pour with medium, pillowy, white foam. Nice thicker lacing. Nose is fresh with curaçao and white pepper. Honey and heavy bread roll, dough. Moves to orange sherbet and weak pineapple. Taste is sugar, dough, paper, sweet sherbet. Palate is clean, dough, a bit sticky. Decent. Not sure why this is a winter seasonal.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A - Pours a fairly clear golden-yellow with a finger of frothy white head. The head fades down fairly slowly leaving behind some thick lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of wheat, orange and some other citrus smells, some light ginger, and some Belgian yeast and banana.
T - Starts off with a mix of wheat, orange and other citrus and a bit of Belgian yeast flavor. Through the middle, some ginger comes through alongside some more yeast character with some banana and a touch of spice. The finish is a mix of orange, Belgian yeast, banana, ginger and spice, and a bit of wheat.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Feels smooth with a dry and lightly spicy finish.
D - Very drinkable. Nice complexity of flavors for a witbier. The wheat flavor is also not too strong which is nice.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle from City Beer. Pours cloudy yellow with a large white head and a citrus aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with a fresh orange taste and a pronounced ginger finish. A very interesting brew that tastes like a saison.
