Bottle. Aroma clean sweet adjuncts. Light...coconut? Hallucinations? Clear yellow colour. Taste erases all doubts. Stunning similarity with clean water. Eh.

11.2 oz. bottle from Wilbur’s. Appearance: two finger white head, clear golden straw yellow, head does not last, light lacing. Aroma: very leathery yeast, light fruit, skunky, light caramel. Palate: light body, average carbonation, watery light body, not really anything on the finish, maybe slightest bitter. Taste: light sweet to lightest sweet with even lighter bitter finish. Overall, the only upside is I could drink 10 of them, but then again, I never would want 10 of these.

Pour from a 12oz bottle. Clear yellow brew with white head. No real aroma detected. Taste is light malt at the start and a mild bitter in the finish. Pretty good.

Pours a clear, golden color. Topping it is a small white head with almost no retention. The aroma is easy to pick up, some pleasant malt along some easy grains. The taste, which has a slightly sweet beginning, is followed by balanced body and decently bitter finish.

Poured from a 330ml bottle at Del Aziz, London A Lebanese Pilsner! Hadn't thought I would ever be having one of these. Went in without any expectations, and thus, wasn't disappointed at all. A weak, watery pilsner, but drinkable nonetheless. Pours a clear pale golden, with a white choppy head. Not much aroma could be picked up, even by pilsner standards. Quite crisp, but almost tasteless. Light bodied. It's the kind of beer that might be quite refreshing on a seriously hot summer day at the beach or a barbecue, and can be enjoyed by non beer drinkers because of its near lack of any flavor.

33cl bottle courtesy of tderoeck, nice try to lure me into the vortex of country ticking! bb08/2014. "A truly Lebanese beer that genuinely reflects how we are.", quoth el label, according to the contractor. Sweet Pale malt aromatic nose, slightly sulfurous, leading into a wet cardboard malt taste with a decent, half-integrated hop kick and more cardboard palate. Drinkable, confidently bottom-mediocre, a step up from how Heineken NL reflects how they are I guess.

Pleasantly surprised by this international offering, my expectations were that this was just another bland imitation Heineken, but actually was a decent pale lager. That being said, nothing all that distinctive about this brew, other than it's Lebanese origin. Definitely not a craft brew, probably not in the same league as Lebanon's 961 beers, which i have yet to sample. At any rate, this beer has a nice bronzed golden color with good lacing but not much head. Aroma was there but not interesting. Taste was of slightly earthy pale malt, also a honey sweetness. Well carbonated mouth-feel, finishes clean, although a bit thin at times. Not bad, if you're at a Mediterranean restaurant you might as well give it a try.

Típica cerveza pilsener, pero falta de aroma y sabor. Eso si, se trata de una cerveza muy refrescante.
