1.3 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 6/20
Had this at dinner at the Aladin’s restaraunt in the north hills of pittsburgh with a meal of amazing humus and kabob. It complimented the very spicy flavors of the food well and I really enjoyed the experience. That said, without the food it wouldn’t be worth a try. Pours typical pale yellow with slight white fizz. Aroma bit stale cardboard. Flavor a bit overcarbonated, slight malt and a dryer finish that had something that tasted slightly metallic.

330ml bottle into glass. Standard euro slight hop nose, not bad for a green bottle. Pale amber with thin white head. Little carbonation. Quite sweet, oily texture. Finish is abrupt with tiny cardboard bitterness then a little bubblegum. I’ve had much much worse.

1.8 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
This is your typical generic lager that every country has. Little flavour lingering or on the tongue. Nothing different for a new countries beer!

1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20
330 ml bottle, from a friend who travelled to Asia. Thanks!
Pale golden, clear body, with a small, white head, that dissipates quickly.
Aroma of corn, sweet malts, some grass.
Watery taste with about the same aromas.
Thin mouthfeel, with a low carbonation and a light, malty finish..
Thin and dull, a typical pale lager for the masses, that has more in common with soda water than with beer.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Sampled in a 33cl bottle at Beirut Street Food, an outdoor restaurant in the trendy district of Shoreditch High Street, Londob. A pale lager. Perfectly pleasant, but not much to distinguish this from many similar brews. Maize is used in the brewing, which might contribute to the blandness of this beer. Not much bitterness, but no unpleasant tastes either. Quite acceptable as a hot climate beer to drink with spicy food.

Jasnozłote piwo o cienkiej pianie i świeżym aromacie. W smaku lekko wodniste, orzeźwiające z łagodną goryczką na finiszu.

S: Sweet malts and corn, basically. Light notes of grassy hops in the end.
T: Sweet pale malts in upfront. Strong notes of corn. Very light hops bitterness can be felt.
M: Light body and medium to low carbonation. Adjunct malts in the aftertaste.
O: Low drinkability. Very poor. To be avoided.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottled Aug 2014, at Yalla Yalla Soho. Dark yellow, clear, slightly sparkling, no head at all. Aroma has cheap aftershave, syrupy malt. Body is medium, low carbonation, slightly foamy. Taste is thin, watery, generic lager, vaguely tangy, light metallic. Meh.

Poured from bottle into a pint glass
Appearance – The beer pours a light straw color with a big billowy white head of about 3 fingers. Rather rapidly the head fades leaving only a very light level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is a mix of some light grain and a lot of skunkiness. Along with these aromas are some light notes of a grassy nature and a bit of bread.
Taste – The taste is very light and crisp with some flavors of a light breadiness and some grain as well as well as a more corny taste. As the flavor advances beyond the start, a light grassy and somewhat floral hop taste come to the tongue. These mix of flavors take the taste to its end leaving a light crisp taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel- The body of the beer is very light with a carbonation level that is rather average. Both are rather nice for the very light flavors of the brew and suit the lower abv and crisper feel of the beer rather well.
Overall – Very light and easy drinking, but nothing special. Just OK.
