Transfer from BA review on 8-25-13- Poured from bottle into a pint glass Appearance – The beer pours a light straw color with a big billowy white head of about 3 fingers. Rather rapidly the head fades leaving only a very light level of lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma is a mix of some light grain and a lot of skunkiness. Along with these aromas are some light notes of a grassy nature and a bit of bread. Taste – The taste is very light and crisp with some flavors of a light breadiness and some grain as well as well as a more corny taste. As the flavor advances beyond the start, a light grassy and somewhat floral hop taste come to the tongue. These mix of flavors take the taste to its end leaving a light crisp taste on the tongue. Mouthfeel- The body of the beer is very light with a carbonation level that is rather average. Both are rather nice for the very light flavors of the brew and suit the lower abv and crisper feel of the beer rather well. Overall – Very light and easy drinking, but nothing special. Just OK.

330ml bottle at Lebanese Restaurant, Walkley - Not going to criticize this, it was the accompaniment to a superb meal. Yellow, fizzy, standard. No better or worse than any other in this sector.

12oz bottle from an Indian store in Rochester, NY - a new country for rating #4500! A deep straw colour with a billowing white head; corn syrup aroma; soft corn syrup taste; with no discernable hops. Drinkable, but nothing more.

Tasted on 2/8/14 from a bottle at the late night tasting after the RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours clear yellow with an average white head that leaves a thin collar of lace. The nose is skunky corn malt. The flavor has some skunky, corny sweetness, the same. The body is light with lively, fizzy carbonation, and a short, skunky finish.

330ml bottle (Birofilia2014, Zywiec)
Smell reminds me of sweet early-morning coffee, bizarrely. However, it’s basically a weak lager, pale and papery. Rough later. Yeugh.

Just another poor lager without anything to share. Pale golden colour. Some malty aroma and dry boring taste. Nothing to offer.

330ml bottle. Pale yellow color. Small size, white head, stays. Hop pellets, sourish, sweet, papery aroma. Malty, sweet, sour and some mint in taste. Cardboard in aftertaste. Never again!

Pours a light golden with white head. Bread, funk, amd grains on the nose; follows onto the palate. Typical pilsner.

Bottle (330ml) with expiry 2/8/14. Label states 4.2% ABV. Another bland pale lager with sweet malt grains and a barely there hop presence on the nose and tongue. Watery palate. Yellow golden appearance with thin white head.
