Nice copper color with practically no head. Really, after a short while it has a completely flat top, no trace of bubbles. The aroma is a bit hoppy and quite malty. The taste is soft, nothing special and denotes the low abv. A bit bitter aftertaste. Overall OK, but more.

Rating from 2011:
Interessant.

Almogāver is an ecologic wheat beer that vindicates a turn back to basics focusing on the essence and quiality of the ingredients. Notes: The hops used give it a good dose of bitterness. Nose of malt and some yeast. Fruity smell with critrus notes and remembrance of plantain and vanilla. Soft and elegant taste, which is refined and while standing for the vindication of focus on the basics principles of beer making, wheat and bread.

small head, amber hazy body. Fruity, orange aroma. Light body, average carbonation, bitter finish, oily mouthfeel. Flat taste, nothing to be remembered.

Grifo. On-tap. Ŋ pt glass. Deep amber color, cloudy appearance. Off-white froth shows lasting & close crown. Floral hues & slightly yeasty to the nose. Toasted malt at first sip, no-cloying but crispy sensation. Light body. Moderate carbonation. Texture tends to watery. A subtle citric bitterness arises in the middle with fruity notes. Long & gentle malty finish. Good as a session beer. Refreshing & easy drinkable.

Draught @ Bar Salvador, Barcelona. Pours reddish-brown, with off-white head. Not much of a nose. Taste is brown-sugar sweet, malts, very light bitter - but again more malt than hop. Not too bad, but not great.
