Ottima blanche dell’Almond 22, assaggiata da Paola a Brescia in bottiglia da 75cl divisa in quattro. Sprigiona un aroma strepitoso di agrume (specialmente arancia) eppure non c’è la buccia d’arancia negli ingredienti; deliziosa poi anche al sapore, fin troppo beverina nonostante la notevole (per lo stile) complessità.

Isomma! Una buona blanche ma niente di eccezzionale, l’unica cosa che mi e’ rimasta e’ un gradevole sapore alla fine! In ogni caso una delle birre italiane migliori che mi sia capitata di sentire.

Buon aroma, rotondo ed equilibrato, senza note dominanti. Gusto quasi metallico. Corpo consistente. Potrebbe avere un voto maggiore se non fosse per il prezzo davvero esagerato.

One of the best whit beer ever drunk! Complex, grateful, well drinkable. The best beer from Almond,ì with the Pink IPA.

Color dorato torbo, con leggero cappello di schiuma. Aroma tipicamente blanche, fresco, floreale e leggermente speziato. In bocca leggermente acidula, delicata, con finale pepato.

Bevuta a Pasturana; altra buona proposta del birrificio pescarese, è una blanche in stile belga, profumata, secca e con un amarognolo sul finale; il risultato non sembra eccezionale ma è tutto sommato una buona birra

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks MMM!). Slightly hazy pale golden colour a small white foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is a bit spicy, some wheat as well as bready malts. Also some yeastyness is there. Flavour is wheat, some slight wooden notes, mild tartness as well as some bready and spicy notes. Quite balanced, but a bit thin palate.

Light unclear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light malty, light yeasty,moderate pepper. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, peppery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20091130]

Cloudy blond color. Delicate, nice aroma: Malt, cookies, lemon, spices (black pepper). Medium body strength; not much malt flavor, but at least there is some interesting spice side (black pepper again) and lemon; the final is a bit too short. Interesting.
