Shared green 75 cl bottle at Cardinal. Pours muddy pale golden body covered by a creamy white film. Light sweet fruits and notes of wood on the nose. Sweet, bitter flavors with a hint of old wooden cupboard. Light astringent, medium body and a doughy mouthfeel.

Schiuma mediamente persistente, giallo chiaro, abastanza uniforme. Colore rosso cristallino. Al naso molto luppolo, caramello. In bocca corpo esile, leggere note di tostato, resinosa, luppolo. Finale amaro, bocca pulita, ritorna la leggera tostatura. Molto beverina.

Bottle. Cloudy pale yellow color, large fluffy white head with great retention. Aroma of rising bread dough and lemon zest. Taste is lemon drops, straw, hay. Interesting.

375ml Bottle: Aroma of malt, yeast, and a hint of fruit. Poured a muddy amber/gold/flaxen color with a small, white, head that diminished but lasted throughout. Cloudy. Sparkling. Full of medium-sized particles throughout. Flavor is lightly sweet and lightly bitter. Tastes of malt, yeast, grain, hops, and a hint of fruit. Medium body. Slightly dry texture. Average carbonation. Malt, hops, slight fruit finish is lightly sweet and lightly bitter.

Bottle, 75cl, at Haandverkerstuene. A hazy, golden beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma has cellar, oranges, sugar and a lemony touch. A nice bitterness in the flavor, along with oranges and lemon, cellar and white sugar. Full-bodied and maybe a bit heavy on the carbonation, but pleasant. Sweet and slightly bitter in the end. A tasteful and pleasant beer. 110211

Hazy orange/yellow color, medium white head. Fruity aroma with banana, yeast and spices. Taste is the same, with added fruityness from the hops. Ok bitterness and a good body

750 ml bottle, courtesy of Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.6%. Cloudy golden colour, large to moderate white head. High level of carbonation in the mouth. Strong aroma and flavour of spelt, honey and chamomile, also notes of white kandi sugar and "Belgian" ale yeast. Noticeable hops in the finish. Quite good.

Medium offwhite head. Hazy opaque amber body. Fruity herbal
gooseberry aroma with strawy grassy mealy notes. Very fresh and
harmonic. Dry-sweet strawy mealy herbal taste with fruity papery
notes. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Mid-bodied. Vivid, balanced, and
harmonic. Dry, with a sort of bitter edge to it, floral herbal
aftertaste with dry straw and grape notes. Lovely! Delicate,

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty yeasty spicy aroma. Fruity malty sweet honey flavor with some spicy hints. Has a sweetish malty fruity finish with hints of honey in the aftertaste.

Bottle@Home. Sweet, light bitter, some coriander and citrus. Highly drinkable session ale. Very nice on the first sunny day of the day. Reminded me of a lighter version of La Chouffe.
