Hazy amber with a creamy and lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with fruity and bubblegum yeast. Sweet and yeasty flavour with a strong and prickly carbonation.

Ispirata allo stile belga, non si distingue in alcunché. Un dolcione anonimo.

Bottle @ UDRM. The aroma is very spicy. Cloudy, orange coloured beer with no head. The taste has ginger/cardemom, hops, yeast, some aprikot. Most likely it is cardemon, for me ginger and cardemon are quite close. I don’t understand why brewers put the stuff in their beers. It never tasted good, and I doubt if there ever will be a good beer with cardemon in it.

Bottle @ RB meeting by Joes. A hazy orange colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of some fruits like apricot with ginger, sweet. The taste of fruits with spices like cardamon with some hints of laurel. The aftertaste is sweet and stickey.

Bottle@Home. Strange mouth feel and the overload of fruit and cardamom is too much for much. Beer is very unbalanced.

Bottle @ UDRM, Oirschot. Dusty aroma with cardemom, melon, apricot. Spicy flavor with anis, cardemom and ginger. Apricot. Too spicy for my likings.

Bottle at Dutch RB meeting, thanks for sharing Savad! Pours a hazy orange with no head. Aroma of a load of messed up spices with some malts. Flavor is watery spices, a bit too sweet and too spicy and with a slightly bitter finish.

JK (3505) - Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - JAN 31, 2010
I carried this back from Rome. it is considerably better than the saison. Hazy red color with a good head, it is a nice looking beer. Malt and yeast, with some fruit, a little peach. Medium palate. More of a Belgian ale than a Belgian strong, but not bad. Lots of yeast in this beer. Purchased at Aumm Aumm, Rome, March 2009.

Bottle sample (thanks JK!) Hazy apricot color, plenty of carbonation and an aroma of honey and sweet apricot. Flavor was creamy banana, peaches and apricot. I really enjoyed this one.

MN Ratebeer Winter Gathering, January 30, 2010. Courtesy of JK. Murky copper color with a medium head. Aroma of wheat and apricot. Light yeast and bready flavor. A bit of maltiness. Simple and good.
