Scent of almond and pepper. Yes... You can smell it. Pours a deep golden color with a tall white head. Nice lacing. The pepper really comes through on the flavor and the almond adds a subtlety that makes this IPA just right. It is interesting an definitely worth a shot. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

330 ml bottle bought @ Systembolaget. Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy and creamy offwhite head that leaves a thick foamy trace on the glass while dissipating. smell is sweet, spicy and tiny fruity with crackers, old bread, cereal, rose pepper, orange zest, lemon zest, grapefruit juice, overripe tropical fruits, lemon hard candy, green grapes, grass and hints of compost. Taste is bitter and spicy with crackers, grapefruit juice, grass, pine needles, cereal, resinous wood, dill, rose pepper, passion fruit, black tea, orange peal, lemon peal, bergamot and hints of papaya. Mouthfeel is round, astringent, slightly crisp and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, pine needles, orange peal, lemon peal, lemon hard candy, rose pepper, wood, passionfruit and grass. A bit past its prime. This one might be worth trying fresh.

375ml bottle. Pours a murky straw color with a frothy white head. Aroma of grapefruit, pepper, and mild hops. Taste of bready malts, grapefruit, orange, and some spice. Pepper is very faint.

Bottled 0,33L. Nice hazy orange color, much fraught with an elegant and persistant head of long resistance. Very fresh and hoppy aroma, notes of resin, wood, winous aged grapes. Very hoppy taste, fresh and aged aroma with notes of wook and a pleasant bitter content on the end.

Bottle at astral beer. Nice hoppy ipa, with a very subtle underlying pepper in the finish. Very good beer.

Bottled (Thanks omhper!). Slightly hazy amber orange colour. Aroma is fruity, wooden and nicely nectary. Flavour is rather similar with some slight white peppery notes. Well balanced and hides the abv rather well.

Faint nose. Taste had alot of floral, herbaceous and peppery notes. Very unique beer. It was just ok for me.

12.7oz bottle. Totally hazy golden - orange color. Some fine sediment on the bottom of the glass. Good big foamy off-white head. Fades to a good one-finger thick foamy layer. Good lace. Nice-looking. Medium-plus body. Smooth, soft, kind of bright carbonation, more dry overall. Nice, unique floral and very peppery aroma, very farmhouse-like, but the pepper has a unique flavor to it. Zesty taste, light bitter. Light yeast. Some citrus. Light spicy bite in the finish. Very unique beer..

Very hazy amber beer, good white head. Nose of light hops and mild pepper. Palate is quite smooth with a mild carbonated bite. Semi dry. Mild creamy malt, a bit dry. The hops are very mild - a little orange. The spice is fresh tasting and dry. Dry finish with a whisper of esters. Nice idea but could do with more ooomph! Peppery aftertaste.

Found this randomly at an Italian restaurant in NYC and was pleasantly surprised. Bottle is very unique and I got a couple of quizzical looks from coworkers...but overall a very good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
