375 ml bottle. Pours a cloudy light golden with a big foamy white head that lasts. The smell is pretty fricken good. Just super sharp ruby red grapefruit and some pink pepper. The flavor is pretty good but not spectacular. It could be due to freshness (I dk how old the bottle is, it seems decently fresh). It has notes of pink pepper, sage, pine, and some grapefruit rind, but it is more spicy and herbal than fruity like it was in the smell. Bitterness is mild. The mouthfeel is a bit thin. 10.49 for a bottle of this... I can guarantee you it is not worth it, it is a good beer though.

In short: A refreshing fruity IPA (tropical fruits) with a smooth spicy character. Very good.
How: Very cute bottle 330ml. Consumed relatively fresh one week after purchase, although it is an Italian beer purchased in USA, so not super-fresh. Bottle sent to me by blankboy, thanks a lot Paul
The look: Cloudy peach color body topped by a medium white head with good retention
In long: Nose is fruity hops (peaches, pineapples and grapefruits) with a gentle aromatic spiciness that felt more flowery than peppery (this beer is pepper spiced). A nice discreet but full body with pale crackers-like malts, a light sugary sweetness, a lot of smooth and refreshing tropical fruits hops and a pleasant spicy character. Those exotic peppers are miles away from the black and white pepper we are used to. I am unfamiliar with Brazilian pink pepper but the spiciness of this beer reminded me a bit of the Voatsiperifery pepper (I now know this exotic pepper because of a local Quebec beer). The spiciness is far from overwhelming here and it sits surprisingly well with the refreshing tropical fruits hopping. Craftbeer & IPAs in general are still mostly a manly thing and making a cute beer label and calling your IPA “Pink IPA” is a strategically bad choice of color. Almost as bad as the dude who decided to paint army helicopters with a green camouflage color… the correct choice was blue you moron!

Veramente molto buona! degna se non superiore a molte ipa americane! schiuma pannosa e persistente colore giallo paglierino sporco, aroma intenso, sapore di pompelmo arancia e ovviamente pepe! Retroguso decisamente persistente e particolare! DAVVERO MOLTO MOLTO BUONA!!!

On tap at The Grapes, Italy. Cloudy orange gold with a thin white head. Aroma is malty, little citrus and grapefruit. Flavour more malts, caramel, bit of hops and citrus. Too malty for my liking but tasty enough. Lovely bar and a great place to while away a few hours watching United win the league. Good times.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2012 27/12/2011 375ml bottle from Gradi Plato (Roma) @ home - BB: 10/8/2013 (2011-736)

Bit cloudy orange beer, small creamy head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: grassy, herbal, parsley, touch of vegetables, sweaty feet, pink grapefruit, alcoholic, peppery, glue (band-aid). MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very fruity, citrus and grapefruit, peaches, bit of sweet malts and even honey, refreshing hops, peppery. Aftertaste: more citrus fruits, pretty bitter, bit chemical, very long lasting dry finish. Pretty good stuff.

Pours hazy orange head is frothy and white. Nose is resins, dankness, citrus fruits and heavy pines. some mild caramel malts. Flavor is pines, citrus, resinous oils, and herbal qualities. I get some earthy qualities that must be this do called "pink pepper." They could have not said anything about the pepper and it would be passed off as some earthy hop. Smooth carbonation. mild bitterness. nice beer.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours orange gold with a creamy off-white head. Unusual citrusy aroma. There’s a light hint of pepper. Med body. It’s rather fruity, mildly something else, and also arguably some pepper, and it’s reasonably bitter.
