Found this randomly at an Italian restaurant in NYC and was pleasantly surprised. Bottle is very unique and I got a couple of quizzical looks from coworkers...but overall a very good IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light hop nose with a slight whiff of cardboard. Cloudy orange from the sediment in the bottle. Cookie malt gives way to a broad bitter and a clear pepper end. Unbalanced overall in my opinion but extra points for being interesting.

Chunky ark orange color with a frothy head on top. Wet cardboard nose with hints of grass. Medium bitter kick with a peppery long lasting aftertaste . Traces of grapefruit. I would wish the sharpness of the pepper wouldn't numb the taste buds that much, hard to taste much else.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Rome.
Pours cloudy yellow color with a large head. Herbal aroma, some peppery notes, citric fruit notes and some faint toffee. Spicy peppery flavor, not very strong though, lots of sweet fruits and some hops. Nice spicy brew.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Rome. Batch #50, 08/2016
Aroma has soapy apricot and mild spicy tones. Feels musty. Flavour has some peppery spices, mild chili burn, apricot and minerals. A bit messy but decent. Like a Belgian ale with spices.

Arancio chiaro, opaca e torbida. Schiuma leggera, splendido aroma floreale. Al palato molto equilibrata tra luppolo, poco forte, e malto. Molto amabile e per niente invasivo il sapore floreale. Molto leggera consistenza acquosa, beverina.

Bottle, shared at game night with phantomhennes and heavylaevy and TvM. Cloudy medium gold with a huge white head that laces thickly. Pronounced floral peppercorn aroma, very aromatic! Yeasty, floral notes up front, cereal malts, bold peppercorn note in the finish with only a little heat. Medium bitterness. I don’t think this was meant to be classified as an IPA-- in this case, "IPA" stands for "Italian Pale Ale" as stated on the label. This beer is much closer to a saison in character. It was lovely, but very peppercorny!
