The aroma for this beer is truly a unique one. The predominant notes are the pink peppercorns, which present as an aroma reminiscent of a well made dinner. It pours a hazy straw yellow with a full white head. The hops come through in the flavor, with the spicy notes blending well with the pink peppercorns. Light and easy drinking on the palate. The biggest complaint I have is the price, at $11 a bottle, this can get a bit pricey.

Bottle, shared at game night with phantomhennes and heavylaevy and TvM. Cloudy medium gold with a huge white head that laces thickly. Pronounced floral peppercorn aroma, very aromatic! Yeasty, floral notes up front, cereal malts, bold peppercorn note in the finish with only a little heat. Medium bitterness. I don’t think this was meant to be classified as an IPA-- in this case, "IPA" stands for "Italian Pale Ale" as stated on the label. This beer is much closer to a saison in character. It was lovely, but very peppercorny!

Otima ipa dai sentori sapori pepati e molto floreali con note al naso mielose e luppolose, al gusto invece sempre risale il floreale e alcune note frutatte di frutti tropiucali.buona beverinità e un ottimo equilibrio.

The pour is a hazy gold with an inch of foam. I get an interesting range of aromas. A kind of tropical fruitiness with mango being the most notable. Some pineapple as well. Pepper? I don’t exactly what pink pepper brings to the table. It doesn’t taste like it smells for the most part. The hop bitterness is on the harsh side. I get wee bits of the fruit and yes, there’s a peppery thing going on but the hop flavours need smoothing out. Mouthfeel is okay. Wow, if this tasted like it smelled, it would drink like a champion.

Pour is a hazy amber with a tall white head. Aroma is lite and fruity mostly tropical fruit. Medium body beer with lite citrus flavors and almost no bitterness.

Bottled. Appearance is hazy golden color. Aroma is hoppy and malty. Flavor is hoppy up front with a malty backbone. Distinct caramel sweetness. Not overpoweringly hoppy by any means. Maybe the pink peppercorn is adding a slight spice character but its subtle. Nice mouthfeel as well.

Bottle. Caramel malt, pepper, and orange peel aroma. Murky orange-brown with small head. LIghtly sweet caramel malt, moderately strong pepper and herbal flavor. Pretty funky.

Bottle: Cloudy, light orange/amber with a thick beige head. Apple, citrus aroma. Taste is floral/citris hop bitter over light fruit and yeast....a bit bready. Slight peppery spicing.....saison-like.

Bottle from a random bar/restaurant, Roma. Hazy orange pour with a thin white head. Citrus, yeast and a little peppery spice in the beak. Decent grassy hop bitterness in the flavour in tandem with some spice, grapefruit and malty notes. Didn’t really pick up on the pepper aspect but its a tasty beer.

A drinkable beer. Never heard of Brazilian pink peppers but after drinking this I’m going to guess they are flavorless. This is a drinkable summer beer with not much flavor. Aroma was very weak. Slightly floral with a thin hop smell. Pour was a nice hazy medium gold with a perfect 1 finger white head. Taste was very light and mild. Nice balance between sweet malt and earthy hops. Very subdued flavor and creamy mouth feel. Light carbonation.
