Amazing IPA brewed with pink pepper and american hops, wow! The aroma is rich in fruits, citrusy and spices. Flavour is well balanced with long bitter aftertaste.

Ottima!! (Hallertau??).

Bottle sample at a tasting at Dagan’s place. Thanks troubles. Hazy golden with a white head. Hoppy aroma, floral and a bit fruity. Hoppy flavor with some flowers, fruits, a bit of yeast, light sweetness and a bitter and somewhat spicy finish. Enjoyable.

Bottle from Birratrovo, Como
Cloudy blond color, with very large head, and nice lace. Aroma of common beer, maybe boring, with light pepper touch, evident, soapy too; later, some noble hop appears. Dry mouthfeel, spicy malt flavor, coriander, with a nice peppery note. Unfortunately it’s not fruity, but the pink pepper is a good idea.

Pours a vibrant orange with a fair, fizzy white head. The nose is nice--mostly--hops and grapefruit. The flavor initially strikes me as somewhat floral or even herbal, but this beer seems to have a slightly off aftertaste. The flavor profile is just too thin for my taste. There is definitely something different about this beer that I just can’t put my finger on, presumably from the peppercorn. I like this beer (is it truly an IPA, or a pale ale labeled as an IPA that uses a play on words ("Italian Pale Ale")), but I’m not awestruck.

Bottle with Mike, poured a glowing golden color, mountain sized head, thick bright white lacing. Aromas of spicy yeast, flowers, biscuity malts, nelson hops, peppers. Taste is woody, filled with delicious peppers, grains, rye malts, spicy yeast, christmas tree, and cedar in the finish. Full flavored, long lasting in the mouth. I loved this ipa from paisano’s at Almond.
