This Imperial IPA boasts a ton of hop flavor and aroma. Bittered with Columbus, Chinook, and Centennial, then dry-hopped with Mosiac, this beer has a pungent aroma and crisp bite. Not for the faint of heart.

Bottle shared by bhensonb. Pours cloudy gold with a nice off-white head and a strange fruity aroma. There is a hearty pale malt flavor with a dry earthy Mosaic finish. Nice hop profile.

Bomber from Wine & Cheese. Pours hazy dirty gold with a white head. Strong, indeed pungent, aroma of hops with a hint of caramel. Aroma suggests pale fruits, graham flour and white berries. Med + body. Flavor is nigh dank hop - earthy, fruity, maybe citrus. It’s kind of a hop muddle, but it is hoppy and bitter, balanced a bit with some sweet maltiness. Maybe a tobacco note in time. Seems disconcertingly complex.

Sampler. It poured a cloudy golden color with a small white head. The aroma was of earth, sweet malts, hops candy and some pine notes. The taste was similar to the aroma with some booze, earth, sweetness and finished sweet and boozy.

Drank a fresh pint in a shaker glass at the brewery tasting room. It poured a mostly clear light golden amber colour with weak white foam. Big basic maltbill, perhaps a little too much residual sweetness actually, but certainly counterbalanced by the huge American hop hit. Tasted like chewing a mouthful of grapefruit rinds. Some flowery, juicyfruit, pinecone notes too. A true-to-style Imperial A-IPA, and one of their top-sellers going into the summer.
