750ml bottle. colour is....amber. with small tanned head. aroma is like a strong bitter with plenty of hops, maybe a bit of coffee. nice and carbonated with full mouth feel. toasted hops.

Aromas of caramel, nuts, toffee, and iced coffee. Bronze with a moderately lasting, khaki head. Dry, bitter, and spicy. Light-medium bodied with zippy carbonation, and a clean finish.

75cl flip-top bottle, thanks Céccile for bringing it back from France, shared with Ajax25g. Ambrée, col blanc persistant, bonne nouvelle étant donné que les deux autres bières étaient quasi plates. Arôme est épicé rappelant l’anis, herbacé, fleuri avec ce côté de levure renfermée/cave. En bouche, malt, léger herbacé, anisé, houblon laissant une amertume modérée, le tout sur un côté de foin avec en fin de bouche, un malt léger cara/munich. Reste monodimensionnelle, légère sans vraiment mettre en avant les atouts du malt ou des houblons.

Clear medium orange amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, dusty, metalic. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Bottle, 5%. Mild citric hop aroma. Hazy dark amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is spicy from the hops. Mildly roasted finish, a little rough.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Aroma is hazy orange with a small white head. Fruity, light soapy and citrusy. Citric and lingering frúity finish.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, dark amber beer with a small, dense, off-white head. Oxidised aroma with higher alcohols and some caramel, dried fruits and sugary notes. The flavor is quite hopped, with caramel maltyness, dried fruits and some sugar. Medium body, quite dry, and well carbonated. Some bitterness in the end. A rather boring one. 120218

Bottle. Clear dark yellow with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel and a little toffee. Flavour is malt, caramel, medium sweet, little toffee, little watery and a little bitter.
