Bottle. Clear golden coloured with a white head. Sweet aroma of malts, corn and fruits. Flavour of fruits and malts with notes of spices.

75cl flip-top bottle, thanks Céccile for bringing it back from France, shared with Ajax25g. Dorée, col blanc. Arôme est neutre, citronné sur un houblon faiblard, malt en retrait. En bouche, grains, malté, orge, légère amertume sur un houblon fruités savonneux, sec en bouche gardant un léger pétillant. Levure rappelle plus un cidre, le tout restant trop axé sur le grains.

Bottle 750ml. w. swing top @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting - Ulfborg ].

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, spicy. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. IMO a bit borring and nothing ! Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120218]

Bottle, 5%. Mild blond aroma. Cloudy yellow colour. Small stable white head. The flavour is nicely grainy, perhaps a little watery, but suits the beer well enough. Good flavour of real grain.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark yellow with a small white head. Aroma is citric and slight fruity. Bitter, citric and light fruity hoppy. Mild yeasty, estery and fruity. Light citric finish.

Bottle, 75 cl. An unclear, witbier looking beer topped by a small, off-white head. Wheaty, dusty aroma with tropical fruits. Quite boring, with the flavor equally boring. Pale malts, tropical fruits and a faint touch of bitterness.Medium body, quite flat. Some fruityness and bitteress in the end. Although not foul, it’s so boring I can’t imagine I’ll drink it again. 120218

Bottle. Slightly hazy dark yellow with floaties and small white head. Aroma is malt, yeast and fruit. Flavour is malt, hops, fruit, yeast, grass and medium bitter.

Clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and light fruity. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 180212

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, malt and hops.
