Our namesake ale represents everything a good, well balanced pale ale should be: malty but not to sweet, refreshing but not too bitter, full-bodied but not too heavy, lively but not over carbonated. A clean, everyday beer that leaves your palate begging for more. 1.054 OG 32 IBU 5.5%ABV

PhillyCraft (3643) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 4, 2015
Sample tried at p house care of Marcy. Pours golden orange color, with medium head. Notes are overly malty, lagery, and boring but I guess they were going for a basic malty pale ale. Light bodied with medium carbonation. Didn’t order one, stuck with nelson and hoppy birthday. Notes were toast, bitter hop, corn, and caramel.

Tap at brewery. Pours clear gold with creamy off-white head. Aroma is bready and cereal malts, faint citrus, faint toast, and light grassiness. Flavor is dry and malty up front that quickly makes way to a great hop profile; smooth and very easy to drink. Medium body and carbonation.
