Our namesake ale represents everything a good, well balanced pale ale should be: malty but not to sweet, refreshing but not too bitter, full-bodied but not too heavy, lively but not over carbonated. A clean, everyday beer that leaves your palate begging for more. 1.054 OG 32 IBU 5.5%ABV

Bottle thanks to wheresyourball. Nose is softly spicy with a vanilla cream note to it. slightly orange. reminiscent of orange sherbet. Pour is deep yellow with a small white head. Taste is rather malty, soft, creamy, crackery with just a bit of hop bite and bitterness in the finish. Overall a pretty tasty pale ale, but seems a bit to sweet and full.
