3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22 oz. bottle from ALPINE BC - Pours a very clear golden color with a light, white head. Light stringy lacing. Has nice piney, citrus hop aroma. Very little malt flavoring. Lots of hops. Who cares? Taste pretty good. Light to medium body. No unpleasant aftertaste. Very underrated. Good beer.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle purchased at Windmill Farms in San Diego. Pours a extremely light straw color with a large pillowy head. Nice hoppy taste without any overwhelming bitterness. There is a nice hoppy aftertaste as well. Iím usually not a big fan of APAs but this is solid and very drinkable.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On draft at Uber Tavern in Seattle. Poured amber color with a medium-sized white head. Flavor is balanced between hops and malts. Can taste floral hops that are balanced out with a caramel malty taste. Pretty smooth beer which makes it easy to consume.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled at the brewpub. Relatively generic APA with carmel malts etc. The saving grace is a solid citrus hop kick. A good brew to knock back a few with.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On draught at brewery. Very good session pale ale. Very dry and hoppy. Hop bitterness is not too strong though hop flavor is definately the star. I enjoy dry pale ales and this one is dry.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
What a nice beer. Completely flying under beer geek USAís radar, this beer is a really great example of an America pale ale. Itís got just the right combo of maltyness and hoppyness to be near perfect in balance. Excellent condition gives this a beautiful color and head. This baby is worth every penny if/when you find it.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at brewery in Alpine, CA: Golden, nose of light fruity hops. The flavor is rich and sweet. A light balanced hop and malt tango. Decent.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden colored with a dusty aroma, I was really surprised when I found bottles of this in Orange County. The flavor is dry and tangy. Itís a very nice APA from a brewer that deserves more publicity.
