Our namesake ale represents everything a good, well balanced pale ale should be: malty but not to sweet, refreshing but not too bitter, full-bodied but not too heavy, lively but not over carbonated. A clean, everyday beer that leaves your palate begging for more. 1.054 OG 32 IBU 5.5%ABV

Mild hopfiger Antrunk, Zitrusnoten, etwas Klostein. Das Ganze wird noch etwas intensiver, wenig herb, spritzig. Herb würzig, sehr fruchtig, balanciert. Ok. 8/10/11/11//11

A: Alpine Ale pours a clear, light golden color with a thin white foam. S: The aroma is citrus hops and sweet, bready malt. I was expecting a bit more from an Alpine beer, but it’s alright. T: The taste is quite balanced. The beer has nice citrus and pine hop components, and a sweet malt character that takes over dominates most of the sip. The finish is crisp and bitter. M: The body is medium and there is a moderate level of carbonation. Definitely fitting for the beer. D: This is pretty much what I expect from a pale ale. A nice malt component and some hops to balance things out without being overly bitter. A solid beer, but it’s a bit pricey for an APA bomber.
