Pale gold pour with decent white head. Nose is very faint fruit with grain. Taste follows the nose. Refreshing but not enough fruit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Tap at Alpine. Aroma: light wheat malts and a nice dose of apricot. Appearance: straw colored pour, white head with average retention and a bit of lacing. Taste: refreshing light malt, big apricot notes, very low bitterness and alcohol. Palate: light body, medium carbonation. Overall: a refreshing wheat ale with a healthy dose of fruit character, very drinkable and refreshing.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2012 Taster at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow gold color with a small white head. The nose is distinctly fruity with mangoes and apricots. The taste is similar with a very strong apricot flavor up front, way in the back are some wheat and bready biscuit notes. The palate is light but effective with lively carbonation. Finishes long with lingering apricots. Overall: Very tasty deviation.

Sample at Alpine Brewery: Aroma is wheat with a faint hint of apricot. Flavor starts with a little citrus and a good dose of apricot followed by subtle seltzer like spicy bitter finish. Light body is thin with lively carbonation.

On tap at the brewery today. Apricot-orange and hazy. Nose sweet apricot and yeast. Taste is same. Lovely apricot, hops, and yeast. Sessionable for sure. Light hints of cinnamin in the apricot.

On tap at the brewery in August 2009. Poured a light yellow with a bit of an apricot-colored tint to it. A good amount of lacing. The aroma’s first scent is straight-up apricot, although underneath some of the typical characteristics of an American Pale Wheat Ale kick in. The taste is quite similar, with the apricot being the dominant taste. I really liked what they did with this one, and would love to taste this sort of apricot on other styles as well, maybe a berliner weiss with it. The overall body was light, and the drinkability was excellent. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 01-20-2010

22oz bottle. Hazy golden yellow with a fluffy white head. Fresh Apricot and lemon zest in the nose, as well as a faint hop presence. Finish was slightly grainy with a touch of apricot, wheat and grain.

Poured a clear golden yellow with a thin head. Nose was light on apricot and lemon. Taste was dry, little sweetness at all, nice apricot flavor in the background, little bits of wheat and cereal grain, quite nice.
