Overall a pretty good regular stout with nice roasty chocolatey flavors that finishes dry and lightly hoppy. Very nice creamy palate for a regular stout. Good beer.

Draft at Bricks. Pours dark brown with nice tan head and lacing. Nose is chocolate and roast. Taste is mostly roast with a little coffee. Good stout.

This beer is named for fire crews. Itís appropriate this time of year because of all the work those people are doing 24/7 around here right now. Itís an excellent Stout. Couldnít really get much better. Just needs more alcohol (make it Imperial).

Really good! Fairly dry, roasty, hint of smoke & tang. Plenty bitter. Fairly clean. Great appearance with a long lasting head & lots of lace. Suggestions of vanilla in finish.

Draught @ Alpine Beer Co Pub, Alpine, CA. Pours a black colour with a small beige head. Aroma of roastiness, nuts and mild graininess. Rich flavour of roastiness, burnt bread, nuts and grassy hops. Medium bodied. Rich and dry finish.

Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a black color with a small creamy beige head that faded and left great lacing. The aroma was roasty, bitter, woody and a bit of floral hops. The flavor was bitter, roasty, coffee and wood. Long finish. Medium body. Meh.
