4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle: Pours a clear golden color with a small, creamy white head. Nose is rich with grapefruit and citrus hops - delicious. The taste gets right to the point; focusing on hops with a minimal malt presence. Florals, citrus, lightly piney. A husky iced tea sort of dryness, yet it stays very wet and fresh. Lingers on the tongue. Excellent.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle spit among friends produced a big fluffy white head that laces out great. The body of the brew was a cloudy golden yellow in color.
The aroma was great I liked how you could smell the Amarillo hops over the Simcoe which to me was a great accomplishment. This brew had a really great hop nose to it. The flavors were nice, not to one dimensional as one would expect from a west coast IPA, but somewhat more balanced than I was expecting. It was light and crisp in the mouth and drank extremely well.
Hint ..I would gladly drink this one again

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
22oz courtesy of peteinSD. Pours a clear light amber/orange with a super rocky, tan head that leaves lacing all over the place. Aroma is outstanding: dank West coast IPA with butterscotch, pineapple, orange juice, orange blossom, mango, lavender/hibiscus. Lots of floral hops. Taste is nicely balanced: super bitterness in the back of the tongue is put in check by butter and tropical fruits up front. Almost soapy, flower pedal, piney/sappy hops all over the place with lots of caramel and butterscotch to balance. This is world-class IPA without a doubt.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Courtesy of HOPSHUNTER. I have been waiting a long time to try this. Pours pure gold with white head and a touch of spotty lacing. The aroma is full crisp hops with spiciness mixing with tangelo and a touch of grassiness as well as some malt sweetness in the background. The taste is crisp citrus and spicy hop goodness from front to back with solid yet thinly layered malty sweetness providing a precarious supporting structure. Loved it.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
The big super Christmas tree forest type of pine, this is at perfect temp, some malt coming through, larger head then you see on most IPA’s clean hop dominated pine needle and grapefruit rind, lighter then some, maybe some caramel malt in the finish to prevent it from being ridiculously bitter, pure flavor of a good hop brew without being overbearing. The duet dances nicely together

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Appearance: pours a honey gold with trails of orange and a massive off white crown. The crown is frothy and billowly in a cool whip type way.
Smell: Strong floral hops with lemon and notes over a nice biscuit malt. The floral component is truly fragrant and satisfying. Some pine resin in the background too but it’s faint.
Taste: Lots of grapefruit citrus zing with a tasty biscuit malt.
Mouthfeel: Good carbonation and a medium body makes this brew come off crisp but the creamy head helps to counterbalance.
Drinkability: Quite the session IPA.

On tap at Stone. Exceptional IPA. Sharp, heavy hops aroma. Precise and lovely taste. So damn good. Underrated IMHO.
