Dank, piney, orange zest, apricot preserves, biscuity malt backbone. Well attenuated and lean.

Very disappointed. Just an average double IPA. A very good example amongs far too many that are clumsily developed. But this one just didn’t live up to he hype of being the next best thing to Pliny (get pFreim IPA for this experience). Very expensive. Light body. Hops pretty surpressed in flavor and aroma. But well balanced without having excessive residual sugar and toned-down bitterness. I’d give this a higher rating if it were not so overpriced.

12oz bottle pours a clear amber with a lot of carbonation and a small white head. Smells piny and with fruity aromas of mango, strawberry and passionfruit. Medium bodied and not overly carbonated, not a beginners IPA packs quite a hop punch. Taste is mostly piny with those same fruit aromas somewhat accentuating the bitterness. Malt is there but mostly in the background. Not surprised this gets good ratings, excellent.

12 oz bottle- Pours lightly hazy golden with a medium white head reducing leaving layered lace. Aroma is tropical fruits, resinous piney hops, dank and sticky. The taste is mango, banana, tangering, clean malt. Body is medium and the hops linger on the tongue long after the swallow. Hop punch!

Bottle from Beer and wine. Nice golden body with medium head. Nose is hoppy and spicy. Taste is quite hoppy and nice. Lots of citrus and sweet bursts in there. Well balanced and smooth. A really nice IPA.

12oz bottle Green Flash version pours clear amber with 2 finger head. Nose is melon, cantaloupe, grassy, light toast malt. Taste is not as hoppy as expected, a bit rounded overall and not very crisp, more grassy melon, pine, cantaloupe, and some toasted orange honey malt to back it up. Malt sweetness is low and bitterness is medium-low. Unremarkable.

Citrus, piney present at every level. Beautifully balanced IPA. Less pine than Hoppy Birthday. Lightly toasted malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy App

Pours a golden orange with a finger of sticky foam. Nose is sweet orange, mango and some dank herbal hints. Palate follows the nose with a punchy citrus front end and earthy spruce on the finsih. Clean toasted grain on the backend and a snappy bitterness keeps this beer pretty crushable and focused.

Tap at florent, san diego. Deep golden color, white head. Aroma has fresh hops, sweet malts. Nice balanced malty and hoppy taste, fresh, lemon notes.
