Pours orange with white head. Another great example from Alpine -- almost all the pine/citrus flavor without much alcohol. Not my favorite in this style, but definitely way up there.

Half pint on cask at Toronado SD. Pours a hazy yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange. Medium on on the palate with light, soft carbonation. Flavor is sweet, malty, bready, light caramel, some citrus, grapefruit hops, with a smooth, bitter finish. Very nice pale ale.

Alpine doesn’t do mediocre beer, another example of that .. . deep amber .. . solid sticky mouth .. . clean as a whistle finish .. . great brew! .. . . Former Nintendo president just died. Doctors tried up up down down left right left right B A for hours, but couldn’t save him.

64oz growler courtesy of hamilton23. Cheers, Steve! Thanks so much for this one. Never in my life when I started this hobby did I think that I would love a hoppy pale ale so much. So it goes. Pours a mostly clear yellow gold with a white head that recedes and laces. Nose is some mild pine, some white grapefruit, some herbal mild dank, and some earthy grassy hops. Flavor starts with lemon, moves to white grapefruit then quickly into pine and mild citrus with a hint of earthy and grassy hops. Light in body with lingering pine in the finish. Definite A Game beer.

Pours a hazy copper orange with two finger head that leaves a few mins after pouring. Smell is of dank piney citrus hops. Taste is piney, citrusy/grapefruit hop blast. The finish is dry and crisp. The mouthfeel is light and dry. Overall the best session ipa I?ve had to date!

Tap at Alpine. Aroma: light citrus, floral hops, crackers and light malts. Appearance: clear light yellow pour, creamy nitro head with excellent retention and thick lacing. Taste: fresh floral hops, bright citrus, light malts, medium bitterness. Low sweetness, clean and dry finish. Palate: light to medium body with creamy nitro smoothness. Overall: really nice and clean APA, refreshing and drinkable

Pour from a growler shared by bsuedekum- thanks again, Blake! Been wanting to try this one for quite a while. Pours a clear, bright gold with a small white head. Aroma of herbal and oily hops, pale malts, and freshly peeled citrus peel. Flavor of dry malts, herbal and oily hops, pine, and grapefruit. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, bitter mouthfeel. Great APA.
