Clear, deep gold pour with a thin white head. The hoppy aroma has herbal and floral notes. It has a medium body with oily texture and lively carbonation. The taste is bitter with a long finish.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours gold with a white head. Taste citrus, pine, hoppy, bitter. I thought this was good. I would drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from Beer and Wine. Nice golden body with medium head. Nose is hoppy, tangy, spicy and floral. Taste is nice and hoppy with strong but subdued burts of hoppiness. Really good stuff. Well rounded and smooth in the finish.

Bottle. Pale orange, just a thin layer of clouds. Pops a nice tart citrusy aroma. Drinks with a snappy bite, lightly astringent, easy to drink. (#6087, 12/31/2015)

Really nice beer- crisp and refreshing. Big beer considering the lower alcohol. Nose of pine and light melon. Long hopped finish. Piney hops throughout. One dimensional flavor profile- luckily, a good one. ---Rated via Beer Buddy App

Enjoyed this on Christmas afternoon when MB wanted something "lighter" than what weíd been drinking. Citrusy IPA with a sharp finish. Good not great.

Pours a medium golden color with a finger of white foam. Lots of earthy pine and citrus peel on the nose with some toasted grain, grass and melon. Palate is aggressive considering the abv but after a few sips the nuances shine through and the crispness is refreshing. Focused bitterness, complex hop profile from earthy to citrus with some round unripe honeydew melon lingering with some crisp toasted floral grain.

On draught
Porus a hazy gold with a good head and lots of lacing on the glass.

The aroma is like a freshly opened bag of peletized hops, but not from any particular varietal. Just sort of raw and generically hoppy smelling. Itís pretty leafy with some fruitiness, not bad, not really much going on though.

The flavor pulls off about a medium level of bitterness and again comes in strong with the leafy hop character. Itís got some mild pine, some more restrained citrus fruit, and a plesant enough level of driness.
I guess Iím a little befuddled as to why this is a top rated session IPA, itís not bad beer, but itís tasted just like this every time Iíve had it, and I just donít see how itís hugely appealing.
I mean itís enjoayble but I guess itís not "my kind" of IPAŅ

Bottle. Pours Golden with good white head. Aroma is hoppy citrus. I get a little hint of rye in it as well. Taste is smooth happiness with a floral grapefruit finish. Pretty good.
