Thick bubbled but thin head. Plenty of blanket lace on the glass. Cloudy dark amber color.
Semi-earthy with floral hop aroma.
Lots of biting pine and nearly astrigently dry malt. High carbonation but low richness. Chewy finish. Long lasting aftertaste of straight up bitterness.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap at The Answer. Poured a medium gold with slight orange, the faintest of haze, slight head. Aroma was tangerines and faint cat piss. Nice biscuity malts were in balance with tangerine, ruby red grapefruit, and slight cat piss. Really quite nicely done, more malt than I expected from Alpine, which in this case was welcome.
