Tap at brewery. Pours clear gold with fizzy off-white head. Aroma is cereal and bready malts, light orange peel and citrus, and very faint spices. Flavor is dry and malty with some subtle yeast esters, light toast, and some faint citrus and spice character. Light/medium body and medium carbonation.

On tap @ Alpine Brewpub, Alpine - CA. Color: clear pale blond beer with small carbonation and small white foam. Smell=: hoppy and fruity nose, with sugar balance and citrus notes as orange and mandarin. Taste: sweet hoppy taste with citrus notes. Well balanced and easy drinkable. Great beer but not so impressive taste. Aftertaste: wet bitterness and mandarin finish.

Draft at the brewery. Pours clear bright amber with a fizzy white head. Tastes like sweet malt, orange candy, and a hint of pine hops. Light body and low carbonation. Smells musky citrus, sweet malt, and orange candy.

10/15/204. On tap at the brewpub. Golden with a white head. Light citrus aromas but mostly malt. A bit bland in my book. I didn’t really pick up the spices.

Not my favorite style. I like orange citrus flavors but this one tastes somehow fake. More like juice. Too sweet.

Draught at the brewpub in Alpine. Clear golden beer with a nice lasting offwhite head. Malty honey aroma, oranges, vanilla, nectar, syrupy notes. Malty honey flavor, oranges, roasted notes, caramel, citrus, some grapes. A bit odd but reasonably drinkable.
