COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our most versatile beer. Good to drink as well as cook with. Light enough to quench a thirst and complex enough to accompany fine dining. Carmel malty sweet fades to a chocolate roasty finish and dry from a touch of rye. 1.057 OG 13 IBU 6%ABV

Thanks to DarthKostritzer for sending this one! Cheers, Cory! Pours a medium brown amber with an off-white head. Nose is malt, toffee, cocoa, a hint of spice, and malt that is almost nutty. Flavor is a burst of malt- nice caramel and chocolate followed by some hop bitterness then fading into a finish of more malt. Great medium-bodied malt bomb of an Irish Red.

On tap at the source. Pours with a pretty clear amber-copper hued body with a just off-white head. Aromas are bready, caramel, grainy, light esters. Flavors are thin, a bit sharp, fruity esters, berries, some caramel. Lightly spicy. Lively bubbles, thin, and dry with a neutral balance.

Bottle shared at the 6th annual Richmond Industry Gathering, 11/27/11. Pours a clear copper color with a medium sized creamy head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of toffee, earthy hops and an herbal note. The taste is toffe and bitter hops. Medium bodied.

Buttery caramel aroma, ringed with cherries and vanilla hints. Clear copper, thin yellow head. Rich caramel flavor, palatably buttery. Less fruity on the palate which is nice. Needs better QC. Rich, yet quaffable.

Bomber poured into Stone IPA glass- malt and molasses on the nose, lightly carbonated reddish-brown. Good full body texture, roasted malt flavors yet really clean- very enjoyable and well made beer.

Reddish pour. Lots of caramel and spicy hop notes. Sweetish, malty, hoppy flavors.

22 oz. bottle (courtesy of Hamilton23) poured an dark amber with a small off-white head which dissipated into a coating. There was little lacing. The nose was dark fruit, caramel and roasted malt. The taste is fairly sweet - brown sugar and caramel, tempered by rye and with a bready taste. The mouthfeel is thin with medium carbonation. While this is a fine stab at the style, with so many great beers from this brewer, this one missed for me. Not a bad brew at all, this just isn’t a noteworthy offering.
