Bottle. This is a killer IPA with such incredible hop depth - not tounge blistering - just balanced.

Growler from Stout Brothers. Murky golden pour with a frothy white head, good lace on the glass. Aroma was citrus, white grapes, lemon, earthy. Flavors came thru with lots of white wine, citrus, earthy, spicy hops. Lingering white wine, grape finish with more bitterness than Duet. Earthy rye malt presence among the wonderful hop flavors. Impressive stuff. Fun and interesting hop.

On tap at Lost Dog Cafe in Merrifield, VA. Clear, dark yellow with a fine, off-white head and excellent lacing. Aroma of tropical fruit, grapefruit, grass, green onion, biscuits and lemon. Taste of guava, citrus, chardonnay, grass, green onions, pineapple and biscuits. Medium/full body and medium/low carbonization. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft pour pint at Special Brews. So it looks like these guys have the IPA game figured out, at least according to popular opinion. Pours a cloudy pale yellow color with a fading fizz head. Hop forward aroma. Flavor is hops dominant, a little citrus fruit, and a little earthy. Long, cool finish here, with a mild bitterness. Solid IPA overall, but not my favorite IPA from Alpine. Still, I’d call this a clear stand out.

Sample at Ale Yeah! Decatur, at their 4.5 year anniversary. Pours pale yellow, with a big, frothy, white head. The aroma is green apple and chardonnay, straw, and grain. The flavor is surprisingly malty and sweet, with perfectly balanced bitterness. Medium to heavy body, with a wonderfully smooth and creamy mouthfeel. This is a simple and delicious IPA. No crazy exotic hops or absurd gimmicks, just a wonderfully balanced beer.

Golden orange pour. Fresh hops of spacey nature and light fruits. Flavor of intense bitter hops. Very grassy and light fruits. Hops really come out as you drink it and gets warmer. Do not serve in chilled glass, this one brings out hops so much better not too cold.

Hazy pale orange color with small white head. Aroma is light fruits, grassy. Taste is mild, grassy, dry, green. Yes, even shallots/garlic. Light bitterness. A fantastically different IPA.
