T - Sweet malts. Nice balanced bitterness. Grainy caramel finish.
M - Medium body, nice carbonation but overall a weak mouthfeel
O - This is a solid beer. Goes well with this grilled cheese sandwich.

December 27, 2014 - bottle shared by Brett. Cloudy dark golden pour with some head and some lacing. Aroma of citrus/fruit, some pine and malt. Taste was consistent with aroma and nicely balanced. Finish was clean and this was easy to drink. Very well done.

From the tap at Toronado, San Francisco. Pours a hazy yellow with a thin white head. The nose is dank hops with lots of grapefruit and citrus aromas and some breadiness. In the mouth its grassy hops with lots of fresh breadiness, grapefruit flavors and a long pine bitterness. Great IPA with lots of dank hops.

Draft at the brewery. Pours hazy dull yellow gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like resin, grapefruit, lemon, and musky dry pine hops. Light/medium body and low carbonation. Smells like grapefruit hops, musky orange, green pine, and a hint of caramel.

On draft. Aroma of orange juice and cat pee. Flavors are of juice: first blood orange, then grapefruit. Finishes with more sweet orange. Not much malt presence beyond a hint of bread-and-Nutella. Juicy and more juicy.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Fresh bottle. Pours opaque orange with white frothy head. Aroma is lemon, lime, grapefruit, pine sap. Taste is citrusy, bubbly, crisp, and excellent. The distinctive cat **%* essence from Nelson Sauvin is present and is great. Love the balance here. Remarkable.

4.3 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a bright honey color, small white head, that leaves loads of lacing across the top of the glass. Aromas are intense!! Wow. Loads of peaches, mango, pine, cat piss, orange peel, musty grapes and a tender cereal note. Taste mimics the nose with the wave of tropical fruit hitting you first. A nice moderate bitter note, along with some citrus peels give this some bite, before a clean finish, coupled with the soft mouth on this makes it go down far too easy. Excellent IPA.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Ziemlich hopfiger, hell getreidiger Antrunk. Intensiv würzig, der Hopfen bleibt süßlich und vollmundig. Die Getreidigkeit bleibt auf Hopfen Niveau, weich, nicht sonderlich süffig. Sehr intensiv, gut. 11/12/11/12/8/12
