Acquired in a trade. Enjoyed at fridge temp in a tulip.

A - Bronze in the glass. 2 finger head that faded instantly. No lacing.

S - Caramel bitter sweet pinecone and almonds on the nose.

T - Sweet malts. Nice balanced bitterness. Grainy caramel finish.

M - Medium body, nice carbonation but overall a weak mouthfeel

O - This is a solid beer. Goes well with this grilled cheese sandwich.

Hazy pale orange color with small white head. Aroma is light fruits, grassy. Taste is mild, grassy, dry, green. Yes, even shallots/garlic. Light bitterness. A fantastically different IPA.

Bottle (22 oz). Split 3-ways. Supposed to be quite fresh.

Appearance: Hazy golden-orange with a medium white head, decent retention and some lacing.

Aroma: Quite hoppy with grassy hops, onions, shallot, mild fruitiness and grapefruits.

Taste: Also quite grassy with very light sweetness, a good malt backbone, shallots again, light fruitiness and moderate to medium bitterness.

Palate: Medium body. Medium carbonation. Oily mouthfeel. Rather dry finish. Green.

Overall: Very good IPA. There’s a "green" profile, but it’s not overwhelming and doesn’t hinder the drinkability. Clean and quenching. Tasty stuff.

Tap...bright golden pour leads to a tart citrus taste that is grassy as well as spicy. A fairly thin body which makes it very drinkable and crisp with a nice dry finish.

Draft. Pours a slightly hazy straw gold with a decent off-white head that leaves a foamy collar of lace. Nose involves lots of grassiness and floral aromas, dank marijuana, ammonia, white grape, tropical pineapple, more grass, and some New Zealand vinyl. Fairly sweet, decently bitter. Medium to full bodied, quite oily, active, with a long dank bitter finish. Cool brew, glad a local place scored a keg. Definitely taught me a few things about Nelson Sauvin, which is a hop I’m not that familiar with.

22oz bottle pours a hazy golden color with a bit of head. Nice Nelson hop flavor. Fruity and the fruit lingers. A little light on the malt.

Had it on tap on Owen & Engine. Outstanding aroma and flavor. The aroma is subtly sweet and the taste is an outstanding hop lusiousness!!
