Juicy, citrusy hops and some slight biscuit from the malt. Golden yellow appearance with a bright white head. Not bad.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
A dark golden with some ruby notes, finger of off white head. Smells of citrus, especially grapefruit, dank hop, grass, weed. Taste is a rush of dank hop goodness, again with the grass/weed, onion, just enough sweetness in the finish. Good west coast double.

Pours a clear golden/orange with a medium white head. Aroma has notes of melon, kiwi, guava, and grapefruit...a bit boozy. Flavor follows suit and adds a bit of resinous pine. Mouthfeel is full and oily with a dry earthy/piney/resinous finish.

Purchased at Main Street bottle shop very fresh. Great beer on par with stone enjoy by. Smell similar to enjoy by with some dankness, mild pine, and subtle tropical fruits. Taste is delicious with perfect bitterness, some sweetness, and dry clean finish. Like enjoy by but less sweetness and tropical fruit. Great beer and hope can find again.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Not really pure hoppiness. More like 80% hoppiness. Some pine but I feel like this one’s aged in the keg a little. But then again I’ve been spoiled for hops lately. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Some citrus and lots of potpourri. A fair amount of booze. Bitter boozy finish. Tap at Deep Ellum.

On tap at Dutch’s. Keg filled Oct. 26. Mildly hazy golden orange color. Great finger of white head. Leaves good webs of lace. Good bigger pine, resin, spicy hop. Bit of bready malt. Bigger bitter taste, moderate sweet, with a mild dry finish. Medium to bigger body, mild slick. Sort of full and fluffy. Lighter, kind of creamy, light crisp carbonation. It’s not without it’s sweet bready malt backbone, but this is a pretty satisfyingly hoppy DIPA overall.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A leathery aroma, little bit of swamp, something sweet--may be impressive to some cause of its unusualness, but is that a good thing, unless its also complex, This declines in the flavor, with alcohol more prominent, with the lether flavor plus some old collards and a hint of caramel. Assaults the tongue and a little flat. bitter, alcohol finish.

Pours a perfect orange/amber with a tall fluffy ivory head that stays forever and leaves great lacing when you sip. Intense hop aroma, so fresh i almost watered it. The taste is very hopped with a great smoothness that is complimented with a perfect bitterness at the end.
