A West Coast Double IPA So mega-hopped it will take you to hop heaven. We’ve used hops in the boil, more hops in the giant hopback, and added to that, an incredible amount of dry-hopping for that cutting-edge “hop bite.” Once you’ve tasted this unique beer, all others pale in comparison. 1.072 OG Classified IBU 8%ABV

Bottle. Pours very clear amber. Almost no head, but does lace. Does not have a heavy aroma, but has a very even nose. Just enough hops to make me happy and is very balanced w/ malt characters. Finishes clean and leaves you wanting more. Overall a great beer.

On tap at Duckworth’s Park. Deep golden with small white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, low/medium carbonation, and pretty good smal-bubble lacing. Taste is herbal hops with nice malt backbone and some booze.

12 ounce bottle poured into a shaker. The beer is a clear copper color with a white head of foam. Good retention and lacing. The aroma has big, juicy lemon and grapefruit, othe tropical fruits as well. Medium sweetness at first, but sweetens up and then gets piny and bitter again. Medium body. Sticky mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Pretty good.

Draft. Pours a clear light Amber color with an off white head. Aroma is nice tropical fruits, piney, juicy. Flavor has a nice juiciness to it, but also a moderate bitterness. Slight bitterness in the finish. Good, but not quite a top 50 for me.

Loads of orange and light resin maybe a little onion taste as well. Really clean double IPA. It’s a really pure balance that it’s not overly hoppy or gritty as some similar beers are. Love it could dunk this all day.

On tap at the city beer store, San Francisco . clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting tidy light cream head. Aroma is subdued, piney, c hop, spicy hop, some orange rind notes on the aroma as well. Flavour is composed of semi sweet caramel and toffee malts, crystalline sugars, grassy, piney hop, little hop matter / veg. Palate is thick and chewy, resinous hop, moderate carbonation. Lingering strawberry shortcake.

2015 bottle. Pours clear pale golden color with small head. Aroma of exotic fruits, caramel, hops, pine needles and some resin. Flavor of fruits, resin, mild toffee, caramel and some piney hops. Well balanced with a strong, complex hop bite but the bitterness doesn't lay on the tongue. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

From a growler filled at Dominion Wine and Beer it is a clear gold with a rose tinge and a slight head. The aroma is candied orange and the taste of orange and grapefruit with a Bitter finish.
