4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
From SF beer week 2014. Pours light gold, clear, small white head, normal carbonation, light on the palate, some nice hop oiliness, aroma is all hops - raspberries, pineapple, honeysuckle, limes, peaches, tangerine. Taste is dry, mild bitterness, little to no malt presence, tons of hop flavor. Tasty as hell and extremely drinkable.

On tap at Hog’s Apothecary. It pours a very pale yellow with a huge white head. The aroma is awesome with big citrus, light melon and notes of onion spice. The flavor is pretty much the same with citrus, melon and a hint of garlic or onion or whatever. It’s a spicy, citrusy hop flavor. Very clean with a dry and mildly bitter finish. Really tasty, drinkable stuff.
