COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Willy, named after my brother-in-law’s childhood nickname, is crisp and light-bodied, with a slightly sweet, nutty flavor. The hopping is mild and gentle. It’s perfect for times when you crave a beer utterly refreshing and low in alcohol. A true thirst quencher everyone enjoys. 1.047 OG 4 IBU 4.9%ABV

On draught at Alpine. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is biscuit, cracker and light citrus. Taste is semi-sweet with some bitterness. Somewhat thick, but easy to drink. Not bad.

Meh Tap at Alpine, I needed something low in ABV, this was it, and it was gone too fast to even notice, its just so boring.. but low in alcohol is what i wanted and thats what i got.. just like Alpine says.

My first even remotely average Alpine beer. Skunky wheat on the nose. Lots of the aforementioned wheat, some grass and a soft, dull finish. Doesn’t really excite in any form and doesn’t really quench as per stylistic guidelines.

Tap. Pours clear light yellow with a small white head that leaves decent lacing. Aroma is grainy, wheat, a bit of lemon. Flavor is about the same, lightly sweet, no real bitterness, not a lot of character. Light bodied.

Aroma is very subtle - some light grains, mellow sweetness, a touch of honey. Pours a crystal clear straw yellow color, white head has little retention and leaves only a bit of lacing. Flavor is crisp and refreshing - some light grains, honey sweetness, slightly bready, almost get a tiny hint of acidity. Light body, medium carbonation. A nice session brew.

Bottle shared thanks to Dmac. Pours an attractive, clear golden color with a small white head. Aroma is of light citrus, some mild hop bitterness, some yeast and spice notes. Taste is crisp and clean, a decent amount of mild cereal, bread, sweet malts, lemon, and some lingering bitterness in there on the finish in a somewhat grassy/floral form. Easy drinking.

22 oz bottle from doubleo, thanks Kyle. Poured a clear deep gold body with an average sized bright white head. Aroma of lemons, wheat, cut grass, citrus and a slight hint of sourness. The body is a bit tingly from strong carbonatoin and a thinner mouthfeel. Flavor of slight lemon over green grass and wet hay. Meh.....

22oz bottle courtesy of DarthKostritzer. Cheers, Cory! Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Nose is light malt and sweet citrus along with some bread, and a hint of nut. Flavor is similar- light and malty with hints of citrus and sweetness. Light to medium in body and a great session ale!
