Aroma of german hops and caramel malts. Clear, brown coloured with a lasting, medium, off-white head. Taste is quite sweet, carbonated and metallic. Caramel malts, some fruity tones. Slightly dry finish. Not too great.

May 11, 2008 Pours a dark reddish brown color. Aromas of roasted malts, bits of chocolate and coffee. Flavor has a nice bitter roast taste and a touch of hops on the finish.

May 17, 2007 Bottle bought in Marennes, France. Dark copper colour with a decent white head. toffeeish aroma. A sweet malty flavour with little finish. Disappointing.

50cl bottle at Quinns. Extremely run of the mill. Way too much iron filings in there. Dark amber colour, thick white head. Usual German cereal notes. Erm... yup, that’s it.
