Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Nice flowery-hoppy aroma. Starts strong, fine malty-spicy, not as strong as exspected. More and more wheaty notes. Finish a bit sourish, but still well balanced. Not bad!

33cl bottle from Famila in Westerland. Smooth malty beginning. Nice and typical. Round and fresh with a smooth malt body. Hints of caramel, not much grain. Very soft and round. Moderate bitter in the aftertaste. Extremely round and "worthy" body. Not too sweetish, dry malty ending. Great!

Helder goudkleurig bier met snel zakkende witte schuimkraag. Zoetig en fruit in de neus. Licht bitterig mondgevoel. Korte afdronk.

Bottle sample at a tasting. Thanks rayaron. Clear yellow golden color, not a typical marzen color. Aroma - grainy, caramel, paper. Sweetish malty flavors, slightly oxidized. Light-bodied.

"World’s Best Seasonal Lager 2014" according to World Beer Awards. pours clear amber, no head. honey, caramel, cereals, malts, spices. bittersweet, fruity, roasty. at 5.9% you cannot avoid alcohol taste, but it is not too pronounced. medium body, strong, but with a soft round finish. not sure about "world’s best", but overall not bad for a Märzen, usually I’m not a big fan of this.
