Old-fashioned 33cl bottle. Clear filtrered brew with dens white foam. Malty impression, decent hops in the background. Ok but underneath expectations.

(bottle) pours a clear golden-yellow colour with a frothy white head. aroma of straw and wet grassy fields, with light hints of walnuts, orange peel and roasted malts. flavour is mostly roasted malts and chestnut honey, with a very faint hint of caramel and bananas and a light herbal-hoppy dry finish. medium-bodied with average carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. w. swing top @ home.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, light hoppy, straw, malty. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, sharp flowery malt, sweet malt, malt sugar. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120207]

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with small creamy white mostly diminishing head. Malty aroma. Sweet flavor and finish. Watery palate.

Bottle at the hotel in Berlin. Breakfast. Pours clear gold, effervescent, with a fine white foam. Bit of cereal malt in the aroma. Sweet flavor, some sugar, bread, faint straw, mild bitterness, slight alcohol. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet, mild cereal grain finish, some boozy warmth, faint toasty straw. OK at best.

Bottle at Papsoe’s - Thanks. Clear golden - white head. Carboard, candlewax, light malty, light citrus, light hoppy, sweet malty, plain.

Golden with a medium head. At the beginning much bitterness which fades away. Smell of herbs and grass. very spicy taste. quite low carbonization but creamy texture.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear yellow coloured with a small white head. Malty aroma of hay, caramel and hops. Malty flavour of hay, grass and hops. Hoppy finish.

Bottled. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and a bit of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, minerals, and straw, leading ot a dry finish.

33 cL bottle. Pours clear and pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma is cornish and flat malty. Bitter, cornish and light grassy. Bitter and toasted malty finish.
