Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, grain, hay, fruity, light hoppy, grass. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malty, fruity, flowery. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120224]

The aroma has notes of malt, citrus and straw. The flavor has a light sweetness and notes of malt, light citrus, hay and the finish is slightly dry.

Blond color; poor head. The aroma is smelly, with some sugar, and light rubber. Poor flavor, low bitterness, possibly sweeter than a regular Lager, and with a light metallic aftertaste. There is nothing Christmas here.

Leicht herber, recht süßer Antrunk mit leichtem Hopfenbeiton. Die Süße verschwindet zum Mittelteil bereits, dieser ist auch sonst sehr mild geraten. Es regieren wässrige Aromen, die Würzigkeit steckt allenfalls in den Kinderschuhen. Trocken, etwas herb, lieblos. Es mangelt an so ziemlich allem, Würze, Malzigkeit, nicht mal minimal hopfig ist das Bier. Ziemlich langweiliges Bier! Danke an Erzengel für das Bier! 9/5/6/5/11/5

Bottle. Honey lemon with no much head. Aroma is sweet malt with some soft fruit. Flavour is sweet with an oily texture. Herb hop finish.

Trove beer!
Best before June 2011. Smells hoppy (spice), with a little burnt fusel tone to me. Head dies pretty quickly which surprised me. Fully bitter flavors, with some acidic parts. Quite light colored. Interesting - and not subtle. S T E F A N!

Bottle 50cl. A clear copper beer with good head. Smell is on malt and bit heavy on melanoid malt. Aroma is medium sweet, malt and toasted malt notes, spicy finish from hops with lager yeast perfume.

50cl bottle from the Doemens stash. Nice berry aroma with some sweet, light melanoidins going on. Some bready sweetness in the flavor with mild hops. Pretty clean touch of higher kilned malts but mostly pale malt flavor overall. Medium-light body with smooth bubbles. Somehow the aroma is nice, but the flavor doesn’t give a lot to hold on to.

(bottle) Clear, deep golden to amber colour with a mid-sized, slightly off-white foamy head. Slightly dusty, moderately sweet (cara-)malty aroma with a tinge of citrus and herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Cara-malty base with notes of bread and herbal hops. Rather dry but malt-accented finish with rounded bitter hops. Nice brew from an industrial brewer (15.VII.09).
