SHIG (1670), Oberoffligen, Germany Aug 5, 2008 Draught: Poured a dark brown almost black with an off white cream head. The aroma was sweet roasted malt. Taste seemed roasted malt, but also a rusty metallic was present. pivnizub (4007), Porúří, Germany Jan 10, 2007 Bottle: Reddish-amber coloured, mid-sized lacing off-white head; malty, caramelly nose with hoppy traces and a tinge of roasted malt; moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied; drier malty - a bit roast-malty too - finish with a harmonic hoppy touch in the very end. A pleasant, well rounded Schwarzbier...... MoritzF (4019), Ruhrpott, Germany Sep 20, 2006 (bottle, from pivnizub) Clear, dark brown colour with a reddish shine and a small beige foam.
