Jan 5, 2007 Bottle: Golden coloured, medium sized lacing white head; cloves, bananas and vegetables in the nose, wheat too; mild sweetish flavour, light to empty bodied; traces of fruity acidity in the faint sweetish finish. Gulp, doesn’t even work as a thirst-quencher..........

Sep 20, 2006 (bottle) Light-hazy, pale golden colour with a nice, slowly lacing foamy white head. Sweet wheaty aroma with banana and hints of cloves. Sweet flavour, slim bodied, watery mouthfeel, slightly sparkling. Wheaty and banana-fruity taste; thin, moderately sweet and a bit sourish finish with restrained clovy spice. Has also some metallic notes after the first sips. Probably brewed in Herborn (or elsewhere).
