pivnizub (3472), Porúří, Germany Mar 26, 2008 Bügelverschlußflasche: Golden, small, but stable (almost off-)white head, a bit hazy; citrousy-grainy nose with some hops floating around; moderate bitter-sourish flavour, light to medium bodied; sourish fruity-grainy finish with a discreet hoppiness in the aftertaste. Tastes almost like a poor Weizen.........
kappldav123 (841), Markkleeberg, Germany Apr 7, 2008 The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Very zippy, fine foam. Starts very mild, turns then spicy. Finish modest malty, still spicy. Really good beer! thewolf (3180), Kolding, Denmark Aug 24, 2007 Bottle. Bought @ Fleggaard, Süderlügum.Pours a clear and very pale yellow. Fizzy head that quickly disappears. Aroma is mild with malty sweetness. Low carbonation. Flavour is mild, and pretty hoppy bitter. A peppery edge to the bitterness, which lingers for quite some time. MiP (4643), Flensburg, Germany Aug 23, 2007 Draught at BBF07 as Altöttinger Hell. Clear golden colour. Stable white head. Good malty flavour with a hint of pepper. A bit thin, though.
