Bottle at a ChrisO Tasting - London. Pours almost clear, shiny yellow with a bubbly white head. Sweet doughy nose, some wheat. Medium sweet flavor with biscuits, white sugar, grain. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with sugary dough, light yeast and wheat. Meh.

Slightly sweet and sour flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly wheaty and slightly grainy taste with notes of citrus and a tinge of banana; mildly sourish fruity finish with just a whiff of phenolic spices. Very simple but refreshing Weizen. 04.VI.12
