Bottled 500ml. -Slight hazy amber coloured, medium to big sized off-white head, hint of cardboard in the nose. Dry malty, slight hay and some cardboard with discreet hint of hops in the finish. Not bad.

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, brownish, small head. Starts mild, yeasty-malty, modest sweet. Notes of some sweet cookies. Well balanced finish, but a bit boring. Quite drinkable. Not bad!

Bottle. Hazy amber with big off-white head. Aroma is malt, grainy, hay and cardboard. Flavour is malt, grainy, little caramel, little sweet, hop, little bitter and a little cardboard.

Draft. Poured into a ceramic mug with an off white head. Malty, light toasted bread, light earthy notes, and a clean malty finish. Very good.

Bottle. Golden, hazy, small to average and mostly diminishing head. Moderate malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish aroma, light caramel and some bread, light hoppyness. Moderate, malty - lightly grainy and sweetish flavor, light caramel and some bread with light hoppyness. Finish is average, malty - lightly grainy and lightly sweetish, bread and light grassy hoppyness. Sweetish kellerbier with bread - could use more hoppyness - OK but nothing special.

Bottle MHD 11.12. Very dark golden body. Straw/hay nose, taste sweet with a little mint at the back, simple malt, lightish body. No great shakes.
