(bottle) Hazy, deep golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Bready cara-malty and slightly yeasty aroma with a tinge of spicy hops. Moderately sweet and shy bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Bready malt-character with hints of cara-malt and only traces of herbal hops; moderately sweet and slightly bready malty finish with a restrained level of bitterness. Not bad, just an easy-going Keller-/Zwickelbier, which lacks hops character. 20.IX.11

Bottle @ Bierzwerg.de. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy head. Grassy and hayish. Very bready. Lacks bitterness. Smooth.

Bottle: Hazy, light amber coloured, small foamy layer, mild fruity-toasty nose with a faint bitterness underneath, light to moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied as well, pretty soft; mild and lingering sweetish-bitter finish. Drinkable brew....

Not easy to find out where this beer is brewed if you don´t have internet and ask people in Bamberg, because they don´t know that it is from Kaiserdom. The head is not that robust, the colour is light-brown. The taste is a bit yeasty and dry.

Clear light to medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, keller, toasted, straw, old straw, wet straw. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, caramel, burnt caramel - brown sugar notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20111122]

Bottle. Amber color. Soft bready caramelly aroma. Malty sweetish bready flavor with toffee. Not abundant with character, but quite drinkable.

Olyan színe van, mint egy rostos sárgabaracklének. Habja tört fehér, igen sűrű és vastag, kemény és igen kitartó. Illata zöld növényes, vizes szalmás, komlós és kissé szúrós és dohos. Karamellásan kezd az íz ami átúszik egy kis karton papiros mellékízbe, amit követ egy kis zöld körte, méz, maláta és élesztő. Könnyű teste van és közepesen szénsavas. Utóíze fanyar és keserédes, kissé pincés és a legvége száraz. Könnyen fogyasztható pincesör, de semmi több...

50cl bottle. Poured light amber with a strong white head. Earthy, grainy aroma. Flavor is minerals, grain and bread. slightly bitter finish. Ok zwickel.

Bottled (thanks Timo A!). Slightly hazy golden colour, small off-white head. Aroma is bready, and mild fruity and berryish notes. Flavour is rather much the same. A bit dull and grainy.

(bottle) pours a murky orange-amber colour with a frothy off-white head. aroma of sour dough, grainy pale malts, medicinal hops, caramel and light peaches. flavour is mostly the same, quite grainy, but in a pleasant autumnal sort of way. medium-bodied with average carbonation.
