On tap at Birre in Festa. 7.2% This stout made with spelt was a cola brown with ruby highlights & a thick light beige head. A soft cocoa powder, umami & lightly toasted nose. It has a very sharp carbonation for such a dark beer. fairly thin bodied, it tastes of dark cocoa powder, umami and roasted barley. OK.
