Tap. Pours clear pale golden, large creamy white head, dissipates slowly, nice lacing. Aroma of pot, pine, dank leaves. Flavor is light sweet, light plus bitter, potty, a hint watery. Lingering bitterness. Light body.

Yellow gold with a slight haze and a lot of effervescence on draft at Caskhouse in Noe Valley. Powerful, great tropical aromas of pineapple and guava. Strong bitterness and great balance. Tropical notes continue into the finish. All in all, excellent!

On tap at the city beer store, San Francisco . Mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a lasting sticky white froth. Aroma is lovely big resinous, dank hop, citrus notes. Flavour is composed of a nice clean bready base malts, dank hop, light chive, damp dish cloth. Assertive bitterness is nicely balanced, palate is fine, light and refreshing, moderate carbonation and a little sticky hop. Good hoppy beer.

Draft at Good Karma. Pours golden color with tiny bubbles white head. Aroma of pine, orange skin, tropical fruit good herb and toasted malt. Got really bright as it warmed. Flavor is orange and slightly grape hi chew but it’s not sweet. A nice amount of bitterness left on the tongue. I could crush this one all day.

Tap at West Coast Invitational 2015. Pours gold with an off-white head. Aroma is dank/earthy. Med body at least. Flavor is an instant of mildly bready, then dank, earthy hop. Bitter. Fruits. Even tropical. Then it just gets more like weed. I wasn’t the only one to comment on that - but hey, Sacramento is into the medicinal thing.

On tap @ Ale Arsenal. Clear golden pour with a fizzy white head. Slightly crackery malt and a ton of citric hop character. Fairly tropical as well. Tart green melon and some pineapple juice. Pretty nice. Flavor is more juicy and tropical than the nose lets on. A lot of pineapple, mango, and melon. Pretty big on the lemon and grapefruit as well. Slight popcorn and cracker malt and a slightly bitter finish. Pretty solid.
