Unclear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, paper, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeasty, hefe - paper notes. Body is medium, texture is watery and thin, carbonation is soft. [20110703]

Bottle MHD 29.01.12. Grainy, airy and very floral nose is not a good sign. Sickly yellow-golden pour with a fizzy white head. Taste actually isn’t that bad, if indistinct: mild wheat, mild mineral quality, light phenols, barely-there citrus. Lightly sweet, not really any bitterness to speak of. Sharp, lightly crisp medium body. It’s just ... there.

Pale yellow cloudy. Goo head. Aromas wheat yeast, hay. Palate medium carbonated, some wage banana , herbs. After taste short and slightly dry. Texture fizzling medium thick. Basic Weizen, not interesting.

Rather stale, floury and somewhat light aroma with wheat and some banana esthers. Also some cardboard. Flavour has ripe banana, flour, some wheat and hints of cardboard. Tart and a bit dry finish. A bit too much CO2 on palate. Drinkable, but not really good.

Pours hazy golden colour with some sediment, light head. Aroma of banana, apricot, wheat, light herbal notes and some cellar notes. Flavour of banana, apricot, light wheat and some flour.

Bottle.Clear golden colour with off-white head.Aroma of wheat and metal,feels dusty and grainy with malty and watery mouthfeels,thin body and overall a boring wheat beer.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Grainy, slightly banana yeasty aroma. Light bodied. A bit spicey, grainy, light banana and lemony fruityness. Drinkable but not very exciting hefeweizen.

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is wheat, mild acidic notes, some slight yeasty, wooden and resiny notes. Flavour is wheat, mild spices, some slight herbal notes as well as some slight yeastyness.
