On tap at die Worthmühle, Goslar, Germany. Amber colured beer with a small, lasting off-white head. The aroma is totally dominated by the roasted and sweet malts, a lot of caramel here. Medium to heavy sweet taste, with a thin to medium body. Oliy texture. Short, sweet finish. A good beer, but to malty and sweet for my tastebuds.

Etwas hopfig-getreidiger Antrunk, wenig malzig, insgesamt recht mild. Das Bier wird nicht malziger, erst im Abgang wirkt das Bier durch das Wegfallen anderer Aromen etwas dunkler. Getreidig bleibend, frisch, etwas herb, leicht grasig. OK aber für ein Dunkles etwas "zu hell".

Bottle. Toffee malt and bitter grass hops aroma. Clear medium brown color with nice beige head. Sweet toffee malt flavor with moderate bitter grass/metallic finish. Okay but a bit light.

Draught. Light chestnut brown with a white disappearing head. Sweet malt aroma. Bitter dry finish. medium carbonation.

Bottle. The aroma is malty, nice smell of chocolate, light bitter. The head is rather small,light beige and creamy with a normal duration. The body is brown. A nice taste of malt, some bitter cola.The body is creamy, light dry with a normal carbonation and rather light.

It is dark brown with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, caramel and some nuts. The sweet flavor has notes of malt, caramel, a little nuts and the finish is dry.

Bottle@Home. Dusty caramel malts aroma. Light brown colour, beige irregular head, fair lace. Light sweet, bitter, lightly hopped, toffee, malty. Medium body. Real German, no flaws, nothing exciting.

Bottle. Frothy white fiar mostly deminishing head. Brown colour. Moderate malty slightly caramellic aroma. Nice bitter not sweet flavor. Moderate bitter finish. Watery palate.
