Bottle (50 cl swing-top) from bierzwerg.de. Clear deep golden, medium off-white head. Honeyish and bready malt aroma with notes of fudge. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Semi dry, low to medium bitterness.

Bottle courtesy of Ekstedt shared @ Ekstedts bock-tasting. Pours clear golden with a small white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace. Smell is sweet and malty with caramel, orange peal and freshly cut grass. Taste is sweet, tiny bitter, malty and floral with bread, caramel, hay and floral nectar. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky sweet and medium bodied. Finish is sweet, tiny bitter and floral.

Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Clear bronze colour. Grainy malt with mild butter and hay. Solid bodied with firm, yet soft mouthfeel Caramel and slight warmth. Hints of raisin in a mid bitter finish. Solid, very malty bock.

Bottled. Amber colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is bready malts, some mild grains, and slight floral notes. Flavour is floral, hayish, grassy and mild bready and sweet malts.

Swing top bottle
Clear copper color, medium sized dense tan head. Metallic, malty, cream, alcohol scent. Malty, grainy, alcohol taste. Sweet, grainy, bitter, alcohol aftertaste. Medium, though to the full side, mouthfeel. Medium bitterness.

Clear copper color, small off-white head. sweet, malty, sugary, some candy scent. Sweet, alcohol, grainy, malty, cream taste. Aclohol aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, to the smooth side. Medium low bitterness.

Bottled 50cl. Not my kind of heller bock. Slightly alcoholic. Quite boring and without major qualities.

Swing-top by 30.06.12. Sweet caramel nose with light toffee, body is a flat orange with a rocky tan head. Taste is very much like a caramel candy with some fruity nougat filling, booze is too strong for 6.7%, very crisp full body. Malt body a little too dense, can crack into it, and the lightly bittersweet golden Bock malt depresses me like it’s from my eighth pint.

Bottle. Copper colour with a thin head. Light malty aroma. Flavour is crisp malt with a spicy turn and a light bitter finish. Well balanced and disguises the alcohol well.

Herber, wenig bockbierartiger Antrunk. Die auftretenden malzigen Auszüge sind immernur kurzfritig vorhanden und werden jeweils von eine, bitteren Aroma übertrumpft. Das Bier dümpelt im Mittelteil ohne Ziel einfach vor sich hin bevor im Abgang eine Würzigkeit aufkommt, die etwas Schwung in die Sache bringt. Um wirklich Spannung ins Bier zu bringen reicht dies weiß Gott nicht aus, immerhin bringt diese aber mittelstarke dunkle Malznoten mit sich. Ok. 10/7/9/8/6/7
