(bottle) Bought this beer not knowing what style it was. I liked the deScription "würzig" but as soon as I realised it contained hop extract, I lost interest. The beer was a pale yellow, minimal head. Not a bad flavour or aroma, but definitely had that extract tang. Disappointed

bottle @ home. Almost clear, yellow color with a medium to large white head and high carbonation. Aroma is moderately malty and grainy with some sweetness. Notes of noble hops and hints of corn. Medium bodied and dry with quite a smooth texture. Flavor is moderately hoppy and a bit metallic with grains, hay and malt sweet notes. A little card board in the finish, but then this bottle is due BB-date.

Gangstergafje (627) - Capelle aan den IJssel, NETHERLANDS - JUL 10, 2015
The beer had the typical pilsner apearence. Golden yellow and perfectly clear. The beer forms a decent amount of foam when pouring, but it disappears quickly to leave a thin drape of foam. The smell is very nice. Bitter and hoppy, a decent beer aroma. There is a little citrusy sour hop aroma. The smell is nice. It is more bitter and more hoppy than normal pilsner. It is really tasty. A very nice beer.

Bottle from Edeka. Pours clear golden with nice white head with long retention. Not a lot of aroma unfortunately, mainly grass, cereals. Taste is pleasant enough, but not very memorable. Light hops, average carbonation, almost no aftertaste. Drinkable.
